The Steering Committee is constituted of 15 members that represent the 7 standing committees. It decides when to hold the regular and temporary meeting sessions and their agenda, as well as legislating and revising the council-related regulations, and supports the council activities of the members such as administrative works to ensure smooth proceedings.
