- Matters under the jurisdiction of the Human Resources Development Institute
- Matters under the jurisdiction of the Gyeongnam Development Institute
Committee Duties
- Operation of the standing committee meetings
- Creation and examination of bills such as ordinances, propositions, and motion bills
- Preliminary examinations of budgets and accounts
- Dealing with civil affairs such as petitions, appeals, etc.
- Audits and inspections of administrative works
- Local activities of the standing committee, etc.
